Sharmina qualified in 1998 from University College, London. She joined the world renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital in 2002 where she completed her Ophthalmology training; followed by higher sub-specialist training in Cataract Surgery, Corneal Surgery & External Eye Disease. She was appointed as a Consultant in 2013.

Sharmina Khan Eye Clinic is on the 4th floor of Moorfields Private Eye Hospital, 9-11 Bath Street, London EC1V 9LF. There is ready access to pre- and post-operative imaging, lasers and minor operations. For the convenience of private clients there is an on-site Ophthalmic Pharmacy with minimal waiting times. Please note insurance companies cover the cost of consultations only and not medicines/eyedrops prescribed.
